1. So last week I was going to blog about how when you're sick on the day a challenge is due you should get another week to do it.
2. And guess what stopped me? I was sick. Again.
3. That challenge is yet to be completed...
4. Not that I haven't tried. Writing in two separate POV's is difficult to organize
5. And I was distracted by "Punk Goes Classic Rock" and many covers of Bohemian Rhapsody...(the original version by Queen, too, of course)
6. Is there a way to have the PlotBunnyTwin's twitter show up on here? Just curious...
7. I think it's possible...
8. On another note, Cat and I have a plan, that I think will appease you until I actually learn to post on time.
9. Remember last November?
10. Last year, Cat and I participated in National Novel Writing Month together, and though we didn't finish, we had loads of fun. :D
11. Oh, wait, CAT COOPER, I CHALLENGE YOU to write a songfic for BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY
12. It's a song that just sounds like it has a story to go with it. Even if it is kinda depressing...And, helpful hint, Don't try googling what the lyrics mean. It's REALLY depressing.
13. We now return to our lovely surprise plan...
14. We're going to be posting Shift (our NaNoWriMo novel) on the blog! Starting with my prologue!
15. (Btw, it's written in two POV's...can that count? Probably not...Cat and I had separate characters and their POV's. Mine being Ross and Cat's was Jade...you'll find out about them)
16. And occasionally having Shift-related challenges!
17. Aren't you EXCITED? I am. Cat is. It's just an exciting thing!

PLOT BUNNIES!!! GO FORTH!!! We're P. Meggy and Cat Cooper, two insane writers, in love with NCIS, plot bunnies (as if you didn't notice), cheese, and MLIA. (However, cake and brownies are mixed in there somewhere.) Each week, one of us will write a short story pertaining to a prompt the other chooses, and anything else that strikes our fancy. :) So go eat a muffin or something, and read the blog.

OH GOODNESS!! IT'S FRIDAY!!!!
So this one time I actually posted on time.
YEAH! It actually happened. Crazy, right?
It's kinda ironic 'cause I was on time on a REALLY late challenge post.
I picked the student/teacher one. I'm not sure that this is quite what P Meggy the Marvelous was looking for, but I couldn't resist. I just love Ethan and Shane too much. They're like the two extremes of guys I like. Shane, the ubernerd/soccer player/musician. And then there's Ethan, helplessly clueless/sporty/adorable/athlete.
I think I got a little bromantic in this one, but I didn't reach the level of like Frodo and Sam. (Yes, Meg. That LOTR reference was for you. :D)
In my mind, I've labeled their world my "HCO-verse." It's all my stories about Ethan Caple and his nerdy counterpart Shane Branson. Other stories from it are, "Within Five Minutes" and "It Makes Way for Spring".
I think they're okay stories, but maybe it's because I wrote them....

Woah CHALLENGE BAR!! What's with the interupting?? Oh, it's about the challenge for P Meggy?? The one due this coming Friday?? Oohh, okay. Say that before you fly across my blog next time, okay?? Chill bud!!
P Meggy, your challenge is to write a story from two POV's. One from someone who's moving and one from someone who wishes they would stay.

CREATIVE BURSTS OF CREATIVITY
It's what happens to me.
CREATIVE BURSTS OF CREATIVITY always come in groups. I get creative in something (ex. writing/short stories/challenges) and then it's like I can be creative in any aspect of thing. (ex. art/blogging/sometimes even poetry) Then the burst of creativity will decide it doesn't want me anymore, or I've simply done nothing with my thoughts and ideas, or I'm so stressed out I can't even begin to think about being creative, (this is definitely a run on sentence, by the way.) and then the creative burst will leave.
Why does this happen?
Because I don't keep doing things that cause me to need to be creative.
Oh yeah, that's right, that's why this blog is here. To give me and Cat distraction from other things. From other projects. To entertain the internets with stuff that doesn't suck. To be creative. To CHALLENGE us.
Ah, speaking of which, I just remembered I have a challenge for CAT!!!
But back on the original topic, (and I will deny I ever said this if and when it happens again) when Cat gives me a challenge I don't like, or don't want to do, it's really silly of me to not do it.
It's the whole point.
All I can think is..
DUH.
It's the word we use.
CHALLENGE.
We say that for a reason.
DUH.
Then it all goes full circle and the thought process repeats. That's what I've realized as I go back (with a creative burst of creativity, of course) and do challenges I either forgot about, skipped, or just got too busy to do.
Of course, I have no excuse for being too busy. Often I just won't ever feel like spending my few precious moments of free time writing.
It's sad, I know, and I am ashamed to actually say it on the blog. But it's the honest truth...
On a happier (and much more random) note,
Remember Melissa? One of the guest writers?
Yeah, she's a whovian, now. That was entirely my doing. :) (well, there was some help from the FNI, but you get what I mean)
Here I was thinking that if I couldn't get CAT to watch Doctor Who, I would never be able to get anyone to watch it with me.
Well, I was wrong.
And Cat's just not cool enough to watch a show the fun way. Out of order. :P Hahahaha...
But she's too busy with BONES and junk.
Well, maybe she can find sometime in her busy schedule of watching Bones instead of Doctor Who, to do this challenge.
What challenge, you ask?
I CHALLENGE YOU, CAT COOPER, to do what I have done. To go back, and do at least one challenge you have skipped.
Deja vu, you say? Yes, I have asked this of Cat before. Has it ever been accomplished? Not yet.
Maybe this time it will.

Hello, friday, nice to see you again
1. as I sit here, with only blogger, iTunes, and Word open on my computer, I still can't think of anyone who would say that line besides Arthur to Merlin...
2. I'm sorry, I guess it was just my mention of the fanfiction yesterday that's made me think of it.
3. I have a new haircut! with bangs! which is different!
4. Yay! Different!
5. Oh, drat, I just realized I hadn't even thought of a new challenge yet.
6. Yes. I said drat. Just as I say nifty, spiffy, dandy, fantastic, awsom, and 'extremely very not good.'
7. Doctor Who reference. Once again, sorry. There's a marathon tomorrow. If you don't watch it already, a marathon is a perfect way to get into the show. :P
8. So, I went to see the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie today. It was better than I expected.
9. And the new guy, Philip, I like him. If they make another one, yes, they will have to stretch the plots a bit, but I will enjoy seeing Philip again. :3
10. DID YOU KNOW THAT THE GUY WHO PLAYS CHARLES XAVIER IN X-MEN: FIRST CLASS IS THE SAME GUY WHO PLAYED MR. TUMNUS?!? Yeah, I know, it's exciting!
11. Tally-ho!
12. Good song :)
13. Have you noticed that through this entire post, I haven't used parentheses? That's about to change...
14. Cat, you're challenge...is something you said you would write, but you may have forgotten.
15. Character relationships are the most fun to delve into (Holmes and Watson in the new Sherlock Holmes movie; and Neal and Peter in White Collar) Your job is to write one of my personal favorites, the teacher/student relationship. (ex. Will and Halt from Ranger's Apprentice, or...Eragon and Brom from Eragon, all of which I find adorable)
~P. Megz OUT!!!
Have fun, Cat! (And please, the adorable-ness of a relationship like that from your creation might evoke another squee...it's tempting just from the thought of it)

Not Friday, Not Friday....
So guess who is posting almost on time....
ME!!
Well, I still have to write my story to post, but at least the challenge is only a day late.
It's late because my church's praise band played at an end of school party last night. My brosef brought me over to the house at lik 3 so I had no time to write.
The cops got called twice. We're still not exactly sure why, to be honest. It must have been the tiki torches or maybe the Christian rap.
Getting home was interesting. Three amps+five guitars+three people+Honda Civic=no space. Guess who sat in the back with three guitars piled upon her.
ME!!
In the news....
The world is ending today. Can you believe it?
I have one day of school. Wa-CHA!!
We are on TWITTER!!!! Follow us @PlotBunnyTwins
Before I go, P Meggy, your challenge is to include the following sentence in a story. "I feel as though I am now morally obligated to punch you in the face."
Good. Luck.

What am I doing? Slacking...as always.
1. Earlier, blogger was in read-only mode. So I was going to use that as an excuse
2. But then it let me write this post.
3. And so now I have no reason except for myself that I do not have a story ready to go.
4. It will be present.
5. I still have time.
6. It just isn't ready yet.
7. Especially considering I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M GOING TO DO
8. Exams are stressing me out.
9. Well, just as Cat's head donned a cone the other day, my knuckles now say "SAD LLAMA" when I make a fist just the right way.
10. Happy llama, sad llama, mentally retarded llama. Drama llama, super llama, big-fat mama llama.
11. Oh memories...
12. Speaking of which, I still have not uploaded the pictures from the mission trip in spring break onto my computer...
Ghosts make good love stories...

14. Oh, yes challenge! Write something inspired by...
15. that. Oh yes. (It's a picture I found of Highgate Cemetary in London. Yes. A Cemetary Of London)
~P. Megz OUT!!!
P.S. so, while trying to find an awesome picture, (which really wasn't that hard, I was just a little overwhelmed)I found something about the Highgate vampire and a bunch of ghosts...just fyi...you know, if you wanted to write about that or something...Ghosts make good love stories...

Meh....
I'm tired.
I just wrote four pages of the challenge.
I want to sleep.
P Meggy, you're challenge is to create a short story that is a modernized version of a fairytale. You can take the whole fairytale, or just part of it. Make me proud.

A FRIDAY FIFTEEN THAT'S ON TIME
1. Barely. But still on time.
2. Like a comet pulled from orbit, as it passes the sun...
3. I bet you can't guess what music I'm listening to.
4. So, I have finished that poetry project.
5. I might post some of it.
6. Maybe.
7. Or maybe I'm just saying that because of extreme exhaustion.
8. So I bet you're wondering, "Where is Thomas Morrigan?"
9. Well, perhaps it's just me wondering that.
10. Actually, I did write it. I just don't think it's quite blog-worthy yet. It's still a little too slow to be the action-packed superhero story I want it to be. But it's on its way.
11. Notice the different it's and its in the previous bullet point.
12.I come bearing CHALLENGES!!!
13. Erm, challenge.
14. So readers, if you haven't forgotten, you can contact/complain to/submit a story to us at escapeoftheplotbunnies@gmail.com. Remember that.
15. Cat, your challenge is to write a songfic for Cartel's "Minstrel's Prayer." So have a ball with your sappy romantic-ness.

Ahh....Ivoryline. How I love thee.
I think more people should listen to Ivoryline. They are ballers. My example of beastly amazing.
The lead singer makes me mad. He has better range than me....
So today this kid awkwardly put "the move" on me. Being about an inch shorter than me, he awkwardly tugged me down. After awkwardly asking for my number (for about the fifth time). I awkwardly moved quickly in the other direction. Awkwardly enough, I do not actually know what his name is. After months of him awkwardly pursuing me.
It was an awkward experience.
I learned several awkward minutes after the awkward move-pulling that he has pink eye.
If I get l pink eye, I will not be able to wear my contacts for lik a month. I will wear my wanna-be-hipster glasses for that month. I do not particularly enjoy them. At all.
That's the story of my awkward life today.
So here's what everyone (well, hopefully at least one person) has been waiting for.
HOLLA!!
Hey-o!! Lunchtime!!
IT'S A BIRD!!
IT'S A PLANE!!
IT'S SUPERMAN!!
No you twit!!
It's a....
CHALLENGE!!
P Meggy, your challenge, to be posted on Friday, April 1st is to create a story where an April Fools Joke goes horribly wrong. Angst, humor, romance, I don't care. Make it muy intersante.
GO WILD.
