Worship is...

Dancing and singing because Jesus is alive and so are you.


Living every moment like its your last because you know Jesus would have too. 

Raking the lawn in forty degree weather because God commanded us to honor our parents.  

Befriending the weird kid because Jesus loved even  the lepers.  

Praying at school because you can.  

Loving those who hate you because Jesus loved   those who nailed Him to a cross.

Being who Jesus meant you to be because He has a plan that is better than your own.

Playing bass until your shoulder aches and your fingers blister because God saved you. 

Giving a week of summer to renovate houses in a bad part of town because Jesus told us to go to the ends of the earth.  

Waking up on Sunday morning because God is great and God is good.  

Sitting by the lonely girl at lunch because you remember what it was like to feel all alone.

Breaking your sin habits because we are commanded to. 

Wanting to do a quiet time because you cant keep yourself away from the Word.

Being an ambassador for Christ, whether your in  Art class or Argentina, church or the ghetto because God is the God in heaven. 

Stepping out of the crowd to live out the faith because Jesus is the world's biggest outcast.

 "As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love." John 15:9
