Breath in....
Breath out....
I sound like a yoga instructor. But, that's what I have to do now that NaNowriMo is over. Unfortunately, we didn't finish. It makes me kind of sad. However, we will be continuing to work on the Secret Novel of Secret-ness, but not quite as much as we were. (not that we were working all that hard, by the end of the month we got 14,758 words.) That's not to say we didn't work. It was just a different, new experience. That's all.
But it's so nice to be back. Even if Cat's first post is about a schizophrenic person who got the bubonic plague...
But it was wonderful, in a creepy, gothic, depressing, evil, murderous sort of way.
But, you know, we can't always have unicorns and rainbows, the plot bunnies aren't that optimistic.
Besides, the bloody, strange, and creepy stories tend to be the best. Like this one, written by Tessa Gratton, author of Blood Magic.
I love that blog. It's written by three awesome authors, even if one certain author that writes there *cough* Maggie Stiefvater *cough* ends her books in a way that makes me want to come after her...
I had something to share with you, but now I've forgotten. I'll remember maybe after a bit of rambling.
I just went to watch Tangled. It was adorable. And amazing. And I want to see it again. It was great, and the hero (as well as heroine) definitely broke stereotype, though somehow still following the typical storyline. Which was amazing.
(Somehow, it was the best without blood, or creepiness)
I take that back, there was a little blood.
But only enough to keep it a PG movie.
Ah, yes, what I was going to tell you was that I am so excited. For so many things.
So many things, that I can't list them all in this post! (I'll just list a few)
Like Cat, I too enjoy Christmas!!!
It's friday, which means tomorrow's saturday. (Obviously.)
I just saw Tangled!!!
And I am returning to the internets as a blogger again!!!!
